What We Offer

Welcome to Bar Next Door. Thank you for taking a moment to review our drink options for your event. We offer several thoughtfully curated packages and can tailor service to suit your guests’ preferences and the tone of your occasion. If you don’t see exactly what you need, please let us know and we’ll do our utmost to accommodate your requests. A few things to note as you read through the options below:

  • There is a set up/tear down fee charged to the client, regardless of which type of service chosen.

  • There is a minimum charge for all events.

  • There may be a facility fee charged, depending on the location.

  • Client is responsible for all beverage sales. Drinks will be kept track of through our POS system and billed at the end of the evening. Subject to MN sales tax.

  • Guests are responsible for all beverage sales.

  • Combination of a hosted bar and a cash bar.

    • Option #1: Client pays for kegs of beer for guests until gone. Other drinks available for purchase.

    • Option #2: Client pays for all drinks for a designated amount of time or to a certain dollar amount.

    • Option #3: Client pays for a certain amount of drink tickets to be handed out at their discretion. All other drinks purchased by guests.

We bring a variety of hard liquor, seltzers, wine, canned beer, and sodas to all weddings. We will have couples pick out items that will best fit your group. We may have other options than just these so please feel free to ask. A list of some of the items we bring:

  • Tito’s, Captain Morgan, Crown Royal, Crown Royal Apple, Crown Royal Peach, Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Johnny Walker, Malibu, Bacardi, Corazon, Tanqueray Gin, E&J Brandy, Canadian Club, Windsor

  • These varieties change based on what is most popular at the time. We try to have around 4 different flavors. Some that we have done – Carbliss, White Claw, Lucky Lemonade

  • White Zinfandel, Moscato, Reisling, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Merlot

  • Busch Light, Coor’s Light, Michelob Golden Draft Light, Michelob Ultra, Budweiser, N/A, Summit SAGA, Foggy Geezer

  • Coke, Diet Coke, Mountain Dew, Diet Mountain Dew, Dr. Pepper, 7up, Ginger ale, Club Soda, Tonic Water, Red Bull

Host & Cash Bar Pricing

Hybrid Combination

  • Client to pre-arrange the number of kegs to be paid for and offered to guests. See keg prices below. All disposable cups, bartender fees and sales tax are included in the keg price.

  • Client pays for all drinks for a designated amount of time or to a certain pre-determined dollar amount. We will keep track of these drinks in Square and bill for that amount at the end of the evening.

  • Client will pay for “drink tickets” at $5/ticket to handout at their discretion. You are billed for the amount of tickets you buy, regardless of whether they are used or not. No refunds for unused drink tickets. Guests are responsible for all drinks.

Pricing

Set up/tear down fee:

  • 50-100 guests: $200

  • 100-200 guests: $250

  • 200+ guests: $300

Minimum charges - does not include the set up/tear down fee in total.

  • 50-100 guests: $1,000

  • 100-200 guests: $1,500

  • 200+ guests: $2,000

Policies

Gratuity is left to the discretion of the client. A tip jar will be set out for guests to contribute. These will be distributed amongst all employees working at the event.

No “leftover” beverages will be given to anyone. We ask for a $250 non-refundable deposit to secure the date of the event.

Per MN State Rules, the establishment providing alcohol must provide some food to the event. See options listed above. We are not just limited to this so if you are interested in something else, please let us know.

Minnesota law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. We cannot serve anyone without proper ID or serve an intoxicated person. We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

During our contracted service times, while we are at your event, you cannot provide or serve any other alcoholic beverages since this is a liability issue with our insurance policy. Please ask guests to comply with this policy. A fee of $1,500 will be charged to the couple or event organizer if this is an issue.

We cannot put out pitchers or canned beverages on guest tables. We do not do shots!
